I had a wonderful experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff, especially the lady at the reception, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite the language barrier, she made sure I felt right at home. The gentleman who spoke English was also very helpful and had a great chat with me. What impressed me the most was that they allowed my German Shepherd dog, which is usually a challenge in this region. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a breath of fresh air.
This is a fantastic hotel that I would recommend to everyone.

My friend and I stopped at this hotel for one night on our way to Sicily, we loved everything about it! The reception was absolutely friendly. It is a familiar enterprise and the owner (Maria) went out of her way to please us in every detail. The hotel is new, super clean and tastefully furnished. Breakfast was delicious and varied. We couldn't have asked for anything better. It was perfect in everyway. The hotel doesn't provide dinner service but there is a small family restaurant just 10 mts away. Great food, all home made. I would definitely recommended this hotel to every one.
I couldn't find anything wrong to say about this hotel. Perfect in every way, especially the attention given to us by the personnel.

We searched an hotel around the city and came across Palace hotel in the site To be honest, the reviews looked to good to be true so we went to see it in our own eyes. Indeed this is the most welcoming hotel we were ever visited, the staff shows more affection than anywhere else, The owner welcomed us with coffee, made sure we have everything we need and more. The fact that the hotel is new makes the rest of the story complete - clean rooms, everything is working the way it should. In a lack of a better - PERFECT We will definably recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to sleep around. BTW - just across the hotel there is a big, cheap supermarket which is always good.
Few points to know about - staff does not speak English (which did not stop the owner to use google translate to communicate with us) - breakfast is like most other hotels : typical Italian offering, but on the good side, everything was homemade and very good and fresh

The hotel was new, beautiful, and well kept. It's located right off the a3 exit, which is very convenient. The staff was very attentive to the clients, and they were also very respectful and professional. The room was tastefully decorated, with a large bathroom as well as a terrace or balcony. In the morning I was served a continental breakfast, and anytime throughout my stay I had wanted a cappuccino, it was included in the price of the room. Additionally, the room features a mini fridge stocke with drinks that are also included in the price of your stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Nocera, and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing stay.

What an experience! We had the best time during our city break at this gorgeous hotel. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including a mini fridge and a modern lift. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of delicious homemade cakes and fresh fruits.
That the hotel sign wasn't visible when we arrived in the evening, making it a bit difficult to find. However, the warm welcome we received from Maria more than made up for it.

This was a beautiful hotel. The room was comfortable with a balcony and large bathroom. There was a mini fridge in the room with drinks and water in which was included in the price of the room. There was free Parking, free Wifi and free Breakfast. You could have free coffee, tea, cakes and sweets all day when you wanted. The owners would just make it for you. The hotel was only a few kilometers from the Freeway. When we left in the morning they even gave us a bag of food to take away. What more could you want. I would definitely stay here again if we passed. Thanks so much for our stay.
Nothing everything was perfect.

Excellent, fantastic,Bravo. One of the best hotels that we have stayed in during our travels in Italy. Great bed, brand new hotel and wonderful helpful friendly staff. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the area. Close to the a3 and off street parking. Maria greeted us with coffee on arrival and made our stay so enjoyable. Mini bar complimentary with Prosecco and many other features that were unexpected and so appreciated.
Nothing, Wish we could stay there again!

It is a lovely hotel, staff does not speak English, very helpful staff. The hotel location is convenient for anyone wanting a stopover, but at the moment the Falerna exit travelling north is closed and we had to travel futher which was very inconvenient. No advice was sent to us and there was no warning on the motorway. The hotel is brand new, lovely rooms and bathrooms, nice breakfast.
The airconditioning was not working properly in our room (although it is new and seems working). We had windows open, but it was noisy from the street and fast train line behind the hotel. It was not comfortable sleeping... No one spoke even little English.

Extremely friendly family run hotel. A very new hotel with good facilities and excellent food. The hospitality is overwhelming. Amazing value for money. I am a photojournalist and having travelled extensively, I cannot recommend Una Nuova Strada enough. If you are in the area, stay at the Palace Hotel Una Nuova Strada. Full stop. You might even get a nice salami at checkout to take away with you. Now, how many hotels would do that? I am a very happy customer and would definitely stay here again.
None. Excellent value for money.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had an overall cozy atmosphere. the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even served us hot cocoa in the lobby. the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to both a supermarket and our favorite restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars. the hotel's close proximity to the railway can make it noisy at times. While the room was comfortable, the bathroom left something to be desired. the service was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and included homemade pastries. Some rooms offer great views of the surrounding area.
The hotel lacked a pool area to relax and enjoy.
